William McCloskey: A native of San Diego, Bill is President of Allison-McCloskey Escrow Company and Bill Jay Corporation.  Bill is a family man and an avid fan of the Chargers and Padres. Married 33 years to his wife, Kathy, they have two sons, Brian and Kevin.  He has been working at AMEC for 22 years and in 1999-2000 was the President of the San Diego County Escrow Association.  He also headed the Forms & Practices committee for 2001-2003, and was a member of the board for Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation for 6 years.

Rosella Langdon: Also a native of San Diego, Rosella has 4 years of service with Allison-McCloskey Escrow Company. For the last year, she has worked side by side with Bill, as his assistant on the 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.  Fluent in Spanish and a proud mother of a one-year-old son, Noah, Rosella has been a Notary Public for 3 years.

Susan Kirk: A Notary Public and native San Diegian, Susan has 37 years of escrow experience throughout Southern California and just celebrated 20 years of service with Allison-McCloskey Escrow Company. Susan specializes in Bulk Sales, Business Opportunities and Commercial Real Estate escrows.  She has also been a board member of the SDCEA since 2001.

Flo Knisley:  Having 20 years experience in many facets of the real estate industry, and education in banking and finance, Flo has been escrow assistant to Susan at Allison-McCloskey Escrow Company for the last 3 years.   A Notary Public, and fluent in the Phillipine dialect of Tagalog, Flo enjoys watching Pro tennis and Basketball.  

Alicia Ramirez: Alicia, currently in her 14^th year of service to Allison-McCloskey Escrow Company; started from the ground up and has now been an Escrow Officer for the last 5 years.  Mother to Brianna and Jordan, Alicia handles all types of escrows, specializing in hard money transactions and service to the Spanish speaking community.

Julie Halferty: A graduate of San Diego State University, Julie has been with Allison-McCloskey Escrow Company for 6 years.  In addition to being an Escrow Assistant to Alicia, she works closely with our Reconciliation Department. Mother to three year old Holland, Julie has been a Notary Public for the last 3 years.

Rita Lister: A native of San Diego, Rita heads our Holding Escrow department, specializing in Surrogates, Stock sales and Boat sales.  In addition to 13 years in the escrow industry, Rita has 23 years of experience in banking.  Having spent 9 of her 13 years at Allison-McCloskey Escrow Company, Rita has developed a worldwide clientele.  A seasoned Notary Public, Rita also speaks Spanish.

Nikki Turner:  Hailing from Oxnard, California, Nikki has worked with Allison-McCloskey Escrow Company for 2 years, assisting Rita.  A Notary Public for 1 year and a member of the California Escrow Association, Nikki is currently working toward her Bachelors Degree in Social Work.

Carol Valdez: A Science Fiction movie buff, Carol has 25 years of experience in the field of escrow.  A Notary Public for 2 years, Carol specializes in Mobile & Manufactured homes.  Originally hailing from Denver, CO, she has been with Allison-McCloskey Escrow Company for 11 years.

Kim Tran: New to the escrow industry, Kim has been with Allison-McCloskey Escrow Company since the beginning of 2006.  Originally from Colorado, she is fluent in Vietnamese.  Working as our receptionist and assisting Bill in our marketing, she is an important asset to our company. 

Patti DeHart: With 21 years of service to Allison-McCloskey Escrow Company, Patti is the Manager of our Pacific Beach office and is a Certified Senior Escrow Officer, specializing in Subdivisions/New Construction escrows.  Patti was President of the San Diego County Escrow Association in 2000-2001, also serving on its Board of Directors for 10 years.  In addition to being a sailing enthusiast, she has served as a Director to the California Escrow Association for 9 years, and is a member of the American Escrow Association and a member of the Board of Directors of the Mission Bay Real Estate Association.

Monique Spears: A native of San Diego, Monique has been with Allison-McCloskey Escrow Company for 3 years.  She has worked her way up from Receptionist at our Pacific Beach office and is currently an Escrow Assistant to Patti.

Maricruz Reyes: Maricruz has been with Allison-McCloskey Escrow Company for 17 years.  Having worked at both locations.  Mentored by Johnny McCloskey, she started as the Receptionist and worked her way to Escrow Officer. In addition to being a member of the California Escrow Association, Maricruz speaks Spanish, is a Notary Public, and has a large Hispanic client base.

Melissa Villarreal: Holding an Associates Degree in Arts & Nursing, Melissa has been with Allison-McCloskey Escrow Company for 1 year.  Melissa is fluent in Spanish, making her a great asset to Maricruz as her assistant.
